Our Process
Overview
With an array of options to choose from, we make sure that your changes are incorporated during the project which is why our landscape process focuses on customer satisfaction to give you exactly what you want.
Our work starts with a thorough discussion of the client’s needs with open channels of communication throughout the entire process.
On-Site Design and Consultation
First, we head to the client site to check out the upgrades you are looking into making in your home. Our team has a passion for great design and landscaping and will make recommendations as needed.
A huge part of the on-site design and consultation is to understand exactly what the client is looking for, whether they host many parties or want privacy, what kind of design they are looking for to augment the features of their house, and so on.
Once that’s done, we discuss a tentative budget that can range anywhere from $10,000 to $200,000 for our bigger projects so the client knows exactly what they are signing up for.
Design Proposal and Revision
Once we have a basic idea of the client’s requirements, we get into the intricacies of coming up with a design. Based on what the client is looking for, we discuss the design pricing package and the designs they want to be covered throughout the build process.
And while this process takes about 14 days, we ensure that the client doesn’t run into surprises halfway through.
Build Process
This is where we keep our clients updated on the project with follow-up meetings and review the progress to make changes in the final plan when needed.
Project Completion Procedure
This is the final step of the process includes discussing the blueprints and making revisions based on the client’s requirements. We decide on an expected schedule catered to the homeowner’s convenience and pull up the permit to ensure a smooth transition.
Upon completion, we do a final walkthrough and discuss warranty, plant care, and so on.
